Chuck was convicted of two counts, including threatening violence, as reported capital sports report, The second count involved making threatening and harassing phone calls. Both the offenses took place on 25 July 2020.

They had closed their case on 28 March 2022 after initially being filed on 19 August 2020. Chuck wrote on Facebook:

OK, it’s official, I’m out of jail and going to live in Virginia. To dispel any rumours, I was protecting my kids and handling it wrongly so I had to clear my dues.

As Capital Sports reports, Chuck spent 60 days in prison. Judge Hudson ruled that he would serve his prison time in the Oklahoma County Jail, while also ruling that he would serve one year under the supervision of OPS.

The words went side by side, meaning he didn’t have to spend extra time. He was also required to complete a 13-week anger management class and pay court expenses.

He shared a YouTube video in which he spoke about his jail time. At the time of the incident, Chak was in the ICU of the hospital suffering from Kovid-19. Several days after leaving the hospital, he was arrested.

Chuck reveals that he initially spent 25 days in prison. He said:

I keep up for my friends and family, and that’s how I’ve been raised and taught. It may not be the right way, but obviously I have to do a better job as a race car driver. I need to count to 500 and then react.

Discovery Star’s Children

Chuck is nothing short of a family man and regularly mentions his three daughters on Instagram. They have daughters Chelsea and Madeline (17) and Miranda (14). She is no longer with the mother of her children.

Although rumors continue to circulate about a new woman in his life, his facebook page declares that he is unmarried. The race driver recently topped an event that read: “I love hot moms.”

He spends most of his non-racing time with his kids, who have been seen taking him to IHOP, out in cars and into caves. And, of course, his daughters are his biggest fans and regularly cheer him on at races!

Street Outlaws No Prep Kings is about to begin their fifth season. While Ryan Martin will attempt to win his third straight championship (2021, 2019) in the series, another 405 star may miss part of the season.

Unfortunately, this is not an April Fools joke. Chuck Seitsinger, who has been a star on the OG Street Outlaws 405 show, was convicted earlier this week of charges he was facing.

According to the Oklahoma State Courts Network, Seitsinger had his case close on March 28th, 2022. It was initially filed on August 19th, 2020.

He has been convicted of making a threat of violence, which violated 21 O.S. 1378. The second count came in placing an obscene/threatening/harassing phone call, which violated 21 O.S. 1172.

Both offenses took place on July 25th, 2020.

Seitsinger entered a blind plea of no contest in the case. According to the docket, Judge Hudson ruled that Seitsinger serve 60 days in the Oklahoma County Jail.

The judge also ruled that he serve six months under the supervision of OPS in the first count. Then, in the second count, the judge ruled that he serve one year of supervision of OPS.

Judge Hudson ruled that the terms run concurrently, which means that he will not have to do additional time. He is also required to do a 13-week anger management class.

Seitsinger was also required to pay court costs.

The fifth season of the Street Outlaws No Prep Kings begins April 8th and 9th at Palm Beach International Raceway in Jupiter, Florida. After a weekend off, the series then visits Virginia Motorsports Park in Petersburg, Virginia on April 22nd and April 23rd.

If Seitsinger is in jail for sixty days, he will miss the first four races of the season. He could return either at National Trail Raceway in Hebron, Ohio on June 3rd and 4th.

Or he may return to the series at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, Kentucky on June 10th and 11th.
