I just installed Windows 7 and then configure my local and Microsoft account. But when I logged in to my Microsoft account, I was unable to access the local account anymore. This is very strange because this error only happens if the user is using a limited or the standard user account. But if you are the one who installed the operating system personally then supposedly you should not have any problem associated with permission because automatically your account will be the administrator. Verify that you are logged in using the right user account.
