I have tried quite a few Colourpop products at this point and I have been dissapointed with many, but I have also found some that I cannot live without. My biggest struggle with them is receiving makeup that is a shade or two lighter or darker than what I anticipated. I love that they are cruelty free and vegan and all of their products are nice and pigmented, buildable and apply smoothly. My favorite Colourpop product is the Lux lip oil. It is super moisturizing, long lasting and has just the right amount of color for daytime wear. Overall, I would say the pros have outweighed the cons and I will continue to purchase from this company. I would, however, recommend purchasing in store if you are able.

Beware if you have a problem with them there is no refund. Also note that there is no telephone either. Customer service does not respond. I never received my items and there is nothing to be done. If you need a refund you have to contact your bank. Once the get your money they don't care if you receive the items or not. Makes me wonder if they just took my money and never sent items out. Ordered on April 13th never received anything

Scam company! They keep telling me that my package is on the way. Meanwhile I ordered from a different company will thin the US and received my items within 5 days.
No money back don't even know how to go about it $70 gone! F color pop for this bs

I tried for almost 2 hours tonight to order Smoke n. Roses for my wedding in a few weeks. That site was All Over the Place! Guess I'll have to get the similar one from Sigma

Long story short, they don't actually read the messages they get, and they will tell you the same thing over and over again unless you ask a direct question.
I tried to order a lip mask from one of their limited collaboration collections. It never showed up, and DHL wouldn't help me. Delivery was supposed to be on a Saturday. When I tried to tell Colour Pop that it had been 3 days since my order was supposed to be delivered and that I had checked with DHL, my neighbors, apartment office etc, they didn't even read my message and told me to do the things I had already done. After two rounds of messages and me becoming very angry with them for not listening, did they actually give me a timeline to wait to contact them again(after I had asked for one) for failed delivery. Fine. I waited the 5 business days as they told me, and they reshipped my order. With the reshipment, they didn't even enter my full address! So by the time it got to USPS in my area they had to return to sender. I messaged Colour Pop again and they didn't acknowledge my request for a refund, offered a coupon. I said that wouldn't work and I wanted a refund. They told me they couldn't reship the item again the the refund would be a "one time courtesy". I didn't even ask for a reshipment. I have never felt so ignored from a company before. They don't listen, and they definitely didn't care that I was upset with them at all. I will definitely never be ordering from them again.

Never received package - NO refund

Something went wrong in the shipping process. Colourpop probably put the wrong address on the package which is why it was never delivered to me and immediately returned to the sender. The customer support just keeps telling me to check at the local post office and I would have gotten just as far talking to a robot. Terrible customer service, will never order again.

And I still didn't receive my money back, which now has literally been spent to AIR.

Package was never delivered, customer service useless, no refunds

I ordered over 100 USD worth of makeup. It was never delivered, I was told to take it with the post office. If only! The company they use for delivery has an average of 1.2 stars in review because they routinely lose/steal packages, and they are unreachable. By dealing with these scammers, Colourpop made me waste me money and time, no refund was issued. I am deeply unsatisfied.

Horrible customer service.

By far the worst online shopping experience ever. No returns absolutely whatsoever. Even if they send you a ton of garbage they won't take it back. They won't even utter the word refund. Their explanation is that they're super cheap. Not really, wet and wild is cheap. Colourpop, not so much. Means to get ripped off if you're shopping online with this pissy brand.

Wow what a bad experience for a first time order! The box that the eyeliner was supposed to come is was empty and there was a 4 inch hair intertwined in the mascara. YUK
When I sent them an email telling them of the problem they want me to send them a picture. Are they kidding? I guess from the reviews I see here I should have checked them out first!

Mediocre customer service

I ordered a $70 item and they sent me the entirely wrong product. Looking at reviews here and from the BBB, shipping the wrong product seems to be a recurring problem for ColourPop. I contacted their customer service and asked to return the incorrect product and get a refund, because I didn't want to wait their rather long shipping time to finally get the product I actually ordered. The reply I got didn't even acknowledge my request to return the item for a refund and instead just said they'd ship me out the correct item.

I love the products, but thwy have a very bad customer service. I bought a mystery box and they sent me the same product 2 times and I called them to get a different product, but thwy didn't answer me.

Poor response to email - dismissive and condescending like a robot

I read from another reviewer and I have the exact same experience: "the customer support just keeps telling me to check at the local post office and I would have gotten just as far talking to a robot." I am more fortunate than her in that DAIPOST resolved their issues and managed to deliver everything to me intact after 2 weeks of delay with no updates, so no money lost for me. I am effy about ordering from them again except that there are palettes I really like that I can't get from other sources and need to get from them directly. I also noticed they claimed that a free single supershock eyeshadow will be included when you order with your birthday code but it was not given to me.

Now, I am just glad to have received all my PAID items that this forgetten free birthday gift seem too minor to pursue. Especially not if it means another round of blood-boiling encounters with Amia J, one of their robotic customer service representative.

Purchased the SOL body oil and it smelled terrible like chemicals and not good. Customer service said no refunds. Don't expect them to have integrity of any kind.

Package never arrived - horrible customer service

It's been a month and a half (since August 27th) since I have ordered the Sailor moon collection. I have been trying to reach out to the customer service and all they (Amia) told me is to look for the package myself and have not offered a helping hand. The service I have received has been non-existent, I am very disappointed as I was excited to order from Colourpop. I have called DHL and my local delivery service and the package has not even left the US. I have never received such horrible customer service before. It should not take 2 months for a package to be delivered. I have requested a refund and all I received was a screenshot of my order shipped. This is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service

Their customer service is not that great and long shipping times. I made an order and they forgot one of my products. So when I message them back they said they would give me a credit for it the purchase value of it and could not send me the product they missed. So for me who lives in Canada to order it I would have to go back to paying full price (Because I used a discount code) and pay for shipping.

Worst customer care - never received my order.

If you don't receive an order, don't expect customer care. I was home all day when they supposedly delivered it. It never rang. I contacted them straight away wondering what we could do about it, if there was a mistake, I don't know. NO ANSWER. A whole week later I write again after waiting and talking to my neighbours in case it had been delivered somewhere else. Again, NO ANSWER. Then a week later I opened a dispute through Paypal and they still didn't answer. Never heard back from them but those thieves didn't mind keeping my hard-earned money. I'm in University with two kids. I was so happy to treat myself. But I finally learned that I needed to take it to the police. For 85$ bucks I'm not gonna do it. If the company had reached out to me sooner, I would have contacted them straight away, or the delivery company. But they didn't, they ignored me. And now I'd just feel silly going to the police for 85$. Trust me, stay away from that terrible company. Plus watch reviews on YouTube, I wish I did before buying. Even Hiram says they suck and he's far from being the only one, so I'm not sad about not trying their products. I hope they go under

I had order 3 orders. I received my 1st order with no problem. The 2nd one I never recieved a conformation email or my order. I have asked 5 times time so far. Very nicely about this order and they will only speak to me about the 3rd one. So now I have to go to my bank and despite this charge since this company cant do the right thing. And either resend it or give me back my money Shame on them.

Absolute garbage product. Non-existent Customer Service and the slowest shipping I've ever seen for a large scale cosmetic manufacturer. The only decent products they sell are lip glosses, lip oils and lip tints. Even then, their lip products are barely drug store quality. It's an overhyped brand that does not live up to its name. Not sure what the hive mind behind this brand is on about, but it's very misleading. CP must just pay for a lot of advertising.

Like everyone else here I have yet to get my package. Customer service keeps saying the same thing "please keep waiting" it's been a month and I'm done waiting. Terrible customer service! DHL will not respond and USPS responded by telling me the package never made it to them. They will not offer a new package or refund. When will they realize that DHL is not doing its job getting these packages to people. Now I'm on to the BBB to try and get my money or products sent!

Blamed me for my chemical burns

After receiving my lip mask I ordered during Valentine's day, I applied it the same night. The next morning I woke up to horrible chemical burns on my lips. It was excruciating and it took applying vaseline for a week to heal it. Messaged their "customer service" WITH photos of my burns. Was told they're not responsible for anything I'm allergic to... I have never had an issue with this company. Or the ingredients that was listed. I'm assuming it's the amount of fragrance they use. Company has gone downhill over the years. They mass produce and forgot about their loyal customers.

Does not accept returns and will not allow you to cancel orders.

. I ordered $76 worth of makeup from them. Less than a day later my sister-in-law on for me she purchased the same thing for my wife. I emailed the site and less than 24 hours later they would not cancel the order. Upon receiving the order, I emailed them asking how do I go about returning it. They informed me that due to the low cost of their product, they do not accept returns or exchanges or refunds. I spent $76 on makeup, how do you justify calling that a low-cost product? Now I'm stuck with $76 worth of makeup. This company is a dumpster fire. 29289tf

Appallingly bad customer service

Fantastic makeup, but they just don't GAF about you. They offer nothing more than cut-and-paste bs responses when you contact them. They stopped shipping for Covid-19 about a week after I placed a large order for my birthday, and it hadn't shipped yet. That crushed me, but of course, I understood. I got a mass email saying my order would be a priority when shipping resumed. When shipping resumed, I got another mass email, but WEEKS went by, and my order still hadn't shipped. I sent several emails and got no sense that they cared in any way. The products arrived over two months after the order was placed. I took a chance and ordered again on June 11th. Shipping notification two hours later. I was thrilled. But, guess what? No updates since, and everyone I know who ordered the exact same new release palettes had it in their hands a week ago. My package doesn't appear to have left the warehouse, according to the tracking. I can't believe a business can behave with this little regard to their customers. There's enough great makeup out there that I'll be taking my money somewhere that values my business. I will always recommend others do the same.

Shame on you, colourpop.

Terrible costomer service

The costumer service was horrible I received my order incomplete and I contact the costumer service they never respond any of my several email, I never buy anything from this place I don't recommend.

Even though their products are awesome, their customer service is horrible. Rude, they don't read what you're writing, and as others have said it's like talking to a robot. Declaring the wrong value of a package is fraud, be it lower or higher than the true value. They have no problem putting down the wrong value and then say they cannot do anything about it and not refunding you the unnecessary costs you've made. Even when you show them documentation from local customs that they're in the wrong.

So be aware when you buy from them.

ColourPop sells foundation, concealer, powder, primer, setting spray, highlighter, bronzer, blush, lipstick, lip gloss, lip pencils, liquid and powder eyeshadow, eye brow filler, and eyeliner. They have a huge range of eyeshadow colors and you can customize your own palletes.
