What are three uses of the Governmentwide commercial purchase card?

  • Manufactured home dealer means any person, firm or

  • Government Programs means Medicare Part A, Medicare Part B and other non-risk government programs.

  • Manufactured dwelling park means a place where four or more manufactured dwellings are located, the primary purpose of which is to rent space or keep space for rent to any person for a charge or fee.

  • government procurement means the process by which a government obtains the use of or acquires goods or services, or any combination thereof, for governmental purposes and not with a view to commercial sale or resale, or use in the production or supply of goods or services for commercial sale or resale;

  • Government Mortgage Loan means a first Lien Mortgage Loan that is (a) eligible for FHA mortgage insurance and is so insured, is subject to, or an application has been or will be submitted for, a binding and enforceable commitment for such insurance pursuant to the provisions of the National Housing Act, as amended, and is originated in strict compliance with the requirements of Ginnie Mae and is eligible for inclusion in a Ginnie Mae mortgage-backed security pool; or (b) eligible to be guaranteed by the VA and is so guaranteed, is subject to, or an application has been or will be submitted for, a binding and enforceable commitment for such guarantee pursuant to the provisions of the Servicemen’s Readjustment Act, as amended, and is otherwise eligible for inclusion in a Ginnie Mae mortgage-backed security pool.

  • Approved Book-Entry System for Commercial Paper means a system maintained by the Custodian or by a subcustodian employed pursuant to Section 2 hereof for the holding of commercial paper in book-entry form but only if the Custodian has received a certified copy of a resolution of the Board approving the participation by the Trust in such system.

  • Manufactured dwelling means a residential trailer, a mobile home or a manufactured

  • Government agreement has the meaning given in the Government Agreements Act 1979 (WA);

  • Government-furnished property means property in the possession of, or directly acquired by, the Government and subsequently furnished to the Contractor for performance of a contract. Government-furnished property includes, but is not limited to, spares and property furnished for repair, maintenance, overhaul, or modification. Government-furnished property also includes contractor-acquired property if the contractor-acquired property is a deliverable under a cost contract when accepted by the Government for continued use under the contract.

  • Manufactured home means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and designed to be used with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities. The term “manufactured home” does not include a “recreational vehicle”.

  • Long-Term U.S. Government Securities means U.S. Government Securities maturing more than one year from the applicable date of determination.

  • Manufactured housing means a structural unit or units designed for occupancy and constructed in a manufacturing facility and transported, by the use of its own chassis or an independent chassis, to a building site. The term includes any type of building that is constructed at a manufacturing facility and transported to a building site where it is used for housing and may be purchased or sold by a dealer in the interim. For purposes of this section, 2 types of manufactured housing are included. Those 2 types are:

  • Manufactured home community means the same as land-leased community defined in sections 335.30A and 414.28A.

  • Portfolio Data has the meaning set forth in Section 5(D)(ii) of the Agreement.

  • Government school means a school established under section 5 of the Act, for the purpose of providing courses of instruction in pre-school, primary or secondary education.

  • Government Receivable means a Receivable, the Obligor of which is a government or a governmental subdivision or agency.

  • Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:

  • Financial Product means any securities, futures contracts or leveraged foreign exchange contracts as defined under the SFO. Regarding “leveraged foreign exchange contracts”, it is only applicable to those traded by persons licensed for Type 3 regulated activity.

  • Local government unit or “LGU” means (i) a State Authority, county, Municipality, municipal, county or regional sewerage or utility Authority, municipal sewerage district, joint meeting, improvement Authority, or any other political subdivision of the State authorized pursuant to law to construct, operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems, or (ii) a State Authority, district water supply commission, county, Municipality, municipal, county or regional utilities Authority, municipal water district, joint meeting or any other political subdivision of the State authorized pursuant to law to operate or maintain a public water supply system or to construct, rehabilitate, operate or maintain water supply facilities or otherwise provide water for human consumption; or (iii) a county, municipality, municipal, county or regional transportation authority, or any other political subdivision of the State authorized to construct, operate, and maintain public highways or transportation projects as defined pursuant to this section.

  • Covered Government support contractor means a contractor (other than a litigation support contractor covered by 252.204-7014) under a contract, the primary purpose of which is to furnish independent and impartial advice or technical assistance directly to the Government in support of the Government’s management and oversight of a program or effort (rather than to directly furnish an end item or service to accomplish a program or effort), provided that the contractor—

  • wholesale customer means a natural or legal person purchasing electricity for the purpose of resale inside or outside the system where he is established;

  • Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.

  • Commercial Product as used in this Article, means a product in regular production that is sold in substantial quantities to the general public and/or industry at established catalog or market prices. It also means a product which, in the opinion of the Contractor, differs only insignificantly from the Subcontractor’s commercial product.

  • Manufactured-home transaction means a secured transaction:

  • Commercial vehicle means a motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer used or

  • Financial Products “Development Services”; “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.
