Contrary to popular belief that you need a PC to make items, even Mobile players can get creative to make them on their phones. Roblox Mobile players can make shirts, pants, and other items irrespective of whether they use Android or iOS. And the best part is it isn’t even that tough, you just need two apps for it. So in this guide let us take a look at how to make a Shirt on Roblox Mobile.

Before we get into the steps, as mentioned above you will need two apps for this to work. They are, Picsart and Google Chrome. You don’t necessarily have to use these two, you can any browser and image editing app but for this tutorial, we will use them. You will also need Roblox premium or at least a minimum of 10 Robux to upload your shirt. The steps in this tutorial can be done on both Android and iOS devices. Now let us check the steps.

1. Search on google for Roblox Shirt Template Transparent.
2. You will get many results, be sure to save the one that is transparent.
3. Open Picsart and click on the add button in the bottom center of the main screen.
4. Now add the Roblox shirt template image to start editing.
5. At the bottom, you will find several tools scroll to find the Draw tool and click on it and choose Draw.
6. Next, choose Shape from the options available on the bottom of the screen.
7. Here change the shape to Circle, size to 8 pixels, and leave the opacity as it is. Make sure the last option is set as stroke and not fill.
8. Add this circle to where the head should be in the template image.
9. Fill the areas outside the circle and under the template lines.
10. Similarly, you can also fill the sleeves in the template.

12. Once you are happy with the design of your shirt click on the right arrow icon on the top right corner of the screen.
13. Here you can select the Gallery to share and save the image in your gallery. After that click on Done.
14. Now open the browser on your phone and go to Roblox, you will get the option to continue in-app but choose Continue in browser.
15. Login to your account and click on Create.
16. Next click on the three dots on the top right corner of Google Chrome, scroll down and check the Desktop site option or an option that says request desktop site.
17. Now under the My Creations Section click on the Shirts option on the left side of the screen.
18. Here click on choose file and select the shirt file you made.
19. Give your shirt a name and click on the upload button.
20. You may need to verify a captcha before uploading.
21. After it gets uploaded click on your Shirt name.
22. It will take you to another page with the shirt open.
23. Click on the three dots on the right and press configure.
24. Scroll down and give your shirt a description.

Do remember that if you are adding any text or stickers to your shirt then check the Roblox ToS before doing it. This will ensure your shirt follows the community guideline and doesn’t get removed. You can also sell your shirt by enabling the Item for Sale option and setting the Robux amount for it.

T-Shirt Decals

The easiest (but most limited) clothing design is a t-shirt which is basically an image applied to the front of an avatar’s torso. To make a t-shirt, create an image (ideally 512×512 pixels) and then articles/game assets#images|upload it to Roblox.

Shirts and Pants

Unlike t-shirts, shirts and pants wrap all the way around an avatar’s body, giving you more design control. To get started, download the following clothing templates and draw your own art on top.

1. Right-click these images and select Save Image As… to save the templates to your computer.

On each template, notice that the parts are "folded up" and wrapped around a Roblox character's body, arms, and legs. Here are the sizes for each template part:

1. Open a template in the image editor of your choice; some free options include GIMP and Paint.NET.
2. Design your clothing item and then articles/game assets#images|upload it to Roblox. Note that you can use 8-bit alpha channels for transparent regions.

• Your image must be the exact dimensions of the template — 585 pixels wide and 559 pixels tall — or the upload process will fail.
• Some avatars like Knights of Redcliff: Paladin do not accommodate clothing, by design.

When applying clothing to articles/roblox avatars|R15 avatars in Roblox, some limits exist with the templates. Here are a couple examples of how you should and should not design the shoes on a pants template.

To upload or sell certain items, you must first pay a fee. An upload fee is paid when an item is first uploaded, before it is moderated. A selling fee is paid the first time an item is marked “on sale” and becomes available for other users to purchase.

• An upload fee is not refunded if an item is rejected through moderation.
• An upload fee is refunded if an item's underlying mesh or texture is moderated (for 3D items like hats and accessories).
• A selling fee is only paid the first time an item is put on sale. After the initial payment, the item can be put on/off sale as many times as desired.
• An item with an upload fee can be put on/off sale without paying any selling fee.

When community items are sold on Roblox, a portion of sales will be split between the item creator and Roblox. If the item is sold within an experience, the revenue share will additionally be split with the owner of the experience.

Testing Clothing

Clothing can be tested without paying a fee as outlined below:

1. In Studio, open the Plugins tab and click Build Rig.

1. Choose a rig type from the popup menu. This should drop a “Dummy” avatar in your workspace.

   button, and insert either a ShirtGraphic (T-Shirt), Shirt, or Pants object according to your clothing type.

1. Locate and select the new Shirt Graphic or Clothing object inside the dummy.

1. Click inside the property’s row and select the image you uploaded to Roblox. This should apply the clothing to the dummy avatar so you can see how it looks.

To make sure your clothing looks as good as possible on as many avatars as possible, make sure you test on a few different rig types.

Once you’ve finalized and tested your design, you can upload the clothing item to Roblox.

1. Go to the Create page.
2. Click on either Shirts, Pants, or T-Shirts in the left column, depending on your design.
3. In the main area of the window, click Choose File to select your template file. Remember that your image must be the exactly 585 pixels wide and 559 pixels tall or the upload process will fail.
4. Type in a creative name for your item.
5. Click the Upload button. Once approved by Roblox, the item will show up as one of your creations and can be applied to your avatar or offered for sale to other Roblox players.
