Some staffs are friendly, they greet us sincerely, but there was 1 server, who served our room, but I forgot his name, he was so rude. We were asking questions nicely but he gave us short answers with attitude. He also didn't inform us about the price changes in the menu, and there were no apologies from the server. There are several more karaoke facilities in PIK now, and some charge less for nicer facilities. Do check all your microphones and such when first entering. So far, I've had issues with mine every time I've gone, cutting into our time to sing. Also, be aware of the food and beverage prices. The quality is only okay, but the prices are high for the portion served. |
