Seller has not shipped my tree nor cancelled and it was purchased on 12/7/18. Seller will not respond to any of my messages either. However, they still continue to have the tree listed to be sold. Amazon shouldn't allow this seller to continue to sell items on their site if they can't fulfill orders or respond to emails. Seems like a scam for them to get your information. I would not purchase anything from this seller.

After thinking about it for a day I went in to check the yes box. Much to my surprise I had an email stating my order was CANCELED. I was shocked. I called Customer service. She stated perhaps “ perhaps another person had it in their cart and had placed their order for it right before me” . I am a semi logical person and knew that made no sense at all. Assumed that is just what they are told to say. Perhaps it was so cheap ( a normally $259.00 loveseat was only $117.00 in the warehouse and was stated it was in Excellent condition). Perhaps they meant for item to be higher priced and had made an error entering it on their end, I don’t really know, BUT am very upset about the whole thing. Just tell the truth and don’t make up ridiculous excuses that don’t make sense at all. If that was really what happened I don’t think I would have received an email 8 or so days after ordering it asking me if I wanted to wait until Oct 15 to receive it. Perhaps they don’t really have the items in the warehouse at all. ( I know, that’s sounds insane ) or perhaps they make mistakes on prices and decide not to sell it for that low of a price after all. Keep in mind that Yes, they had already taken the amount owed from my checking acct under Pending Status in my acct. yes, it disappeared from pending status. Something very fishy is going on BUT I suppose we will never know the real answer. see less Ordered a love seat from Amazon Warehouse on last day of Aug, 2021. Expected delivery was around Sept 5th. At the end of the conversation he says the reason was because it was cancelled. These people are the worse. Also I had just gotten a credit card and never set it as my default payment. I started buying things for Xmas and noticed my card numbers weren't right. Come to find out they took my bank card out and put the Amazon credit card on. Maxed it out and I would get 1 out of 15 people that would get this and send it through and they would have them call me back and start all over. I'm done shopping with Amazon. This is the worse customer service ever. see less Ordered a package and was suppose to arrive in 2-3 days. Then got changed to a week. I ordered several items on March 27, 2022. Estimated delivery was March 30 and April 2. I never received these orders. I had to search to find out that they had been cancelled. No explanation was given. I am concerned about ordering again. I just would like an explanation on why the items were cancelled.

I ordered a Pop-Up on 10/15, got a delayed email, then a cancelled one - there is no proof that I placed the order in my orders and I do not have my refund? Help!

My order was cancelled with no explanation and no reply to emails. Whether the sale price was a glitch or not, you should be responsible and honor it. Not ruin people’s Christmas’! Disgusted with this seller. Amazon needs to boot them from the site. Unacceptable business practices!!!

My order was cancelled as well. My money was refunded. But, I would rather have my tree delivered!
I wish Amazon had a way to honor these orders!

After the continual cancelled orders (without notifying me), I think I'm done with Amazon and sticking to eBay. I waited for weeks for christmas presents that never arrived and was never notified that they were cancelled. One month later, I ordered bday presents and the same thing. No explanation. Ridiculous

They're refusing to respond to my messages and will not cancel my order. Now I have no tree and because they left the order open I can't even leave a review for the seller. Seems like a scammer who knows what they're doing.
