Cara Mengubah EXCEL Ke PDF Tanpa Terpotong Dengan Cepat

Pada artikel sebelumnya saya pernah membahas bagaimana cara convert Excel ke PDF tanpa menggunakan aplikasi dan dapat dilakukan melalui hp. Nah, kali ini saya juga akan membahas hal yang sama, namun bedanya adalah kali ini saya menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel itu sendiri untuk mengubah dari Excel ke PDF agar tidak terpotong dan menjadi rapi dengan cepat. 1. Langkah pertama silahkan buka file Excel anda.
2. Blok seluruh data yang ingin anda convert ke PDF.
3. Klik Klik Menu Page Layout >> Klik Page Setup seperti pada gambar dibawah ini
   

4. Pilih orientasi kertas anda. Seperti Portrait untuk memanjang secara vertikal atau Landscape untuk memanjang ke samping atau horizontal. Sesuaikan dengan model kertas anda.
5. Pada Bagian Scaling >> Pilih Fit To.
6. Jika anda ingin convert ke PDF hanya 1 Halaman tanpa terpotong silahkan isi Pada bagian Page Wide dan Tall isi dengan 1.
7. Ubah ukuran kertas sesuai keinginan anda, misalnya A4.
   

8. Jika sekiranya data excel terlalu panjang ke bawah atau ke samping, maka anda bisa membaginya menjadi beberapa halaman dengan mengaturnya pada Bagian Scaling di Page Wide dan Tall.
9. Page Wide digunakan untuk membagi lebar halaman menjadi 1, 2, 3 dan seterusnya sesuai yang anda inginkan. Tall digunakan untuk membagi panjang halaman menjadi 1,2,3 dan seterusnya.
