Hi, I’m the original poster. Just to update on this question, I contacted chat support and they confirmed that currently there is NO way to use confirm with Assistive Touch without Apple Pay. Thank you. Thread reply - more options
Hey there, my friend! I also struggled with this a while ago, but I was able to figure it out! First, have the Assistive Touch enabled. Then, click the download button in the App Store. Next, click the Assistive Touch, select "Device," click "More," and there, you would see the "Apple Pay" button. Click that, then click "Confirm Apple Pay" witht the Face ID icon above it. It's such a hassle, I know right?? XD But Yeah, hope I was able to be of a help!! Have a good day! :)) Thread reply - more options
Hello Heyyow, thank you for taking time to answer my question, although I want to point out that in my question I do state that “apple pay is not available”, and by that I mean apple pay is not available in my country. Thank you anyway, cheers. Thread reply - more options

Figured it out you have to open up the floating “assistive touch” Icon then hit “device” then “more” than “Apple Pay” Thread reply - more options
I opened up the floating "assistive touch" icon then hit "device' the "more" and finally "Apple Pay". What shows up is a picture of an Apple Card with the square w/Face and the words "Confirm with Assistivetouch" Nothing happens unless open up the floating "assistive touch" icon and the process starts all over again. help, i'm trying to download a free app. Thread reply - more options

im trying to set up assistive touch for Apple Pay because i have a muscular disease which makes me basically have the strength of a gold fish so I can’t press the side buttons, I try to set up the assistive touch for Apple Pay however it’s never works and always still asks me to double click the side button which I cant do. Because the Apple Pay assistive touch is bugged And apple has almost no support to tell them about the bug. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thread reply - more options
