I let my girl bring her in the pool and she was good. But then the Wellie Wisher started to fill with water. If you let your Daughter put her doll in water if yours clods squeeze her legs up to the sides of her hips holding her right side up. When water comes out she will be good

They are all plastic and durable. This would be a great doll to take in the pool, although I would recommend washing out chlorine from the doll's hair afterward with baby soap, so it stays silky and smooth. Both of my daughters LOVE their Wellie Wisher dolls and take them into many play situations and they have held up great.

I restore dolls and I wouldn't recommend taking Wellie Wishers or almost any other doll in the pool. You might go online and find dolls that can go in the bath.

Otherwise the doll's eyes could be totally ruined!

Do Not use them in water. My daughter used both of her Wellie Wishers in the pool and they are completely water logged. I was able to take off the legs to get the water out but water is still stuck in the torso. Now I can’t get the legs back on either.

Probably not a good idea to get them wet, the joints let water inside the doll which is a real pain to get out. They are plastic inside and at the torso. We took ours for a swim, she got totally water lodged! Shaking them out or putting them in a split helps if they do get wet though.
