Untuk mendapatkan Amaura, kamu harus membangkitkannya dari Sail Fossil. Amaura memiliki ability Refrigerate Ability. Sebuah ability baru di Pokemon X & Y.
Dan Amaura memiliki evolusi yaitu Aurorus.
